Molly is a graduate from the Hamline University School of Law, where she received a certificate of recognition from the Minnesota Justice Foundation for completing over 50 hours of pro bono law-related public service work during her time at law school. Molly also became a Certified Student Attorney and Student Director with the Hamline Employment Discrimination Legal Clinic where she represented clients who had filed discrimination charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR). During law school, Molly earned a Certificate in Advocacy and Problem-Solving from the Dispute Resolution Institute and a Certificate in Mediation and Fostering Democratic Dialogue from the Central European University.
