King Bio products have been recalled across the nation in both online and retail stores due to a contamination found by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Certain strains of microbial contaminants (bacteria) Pseudomonas Brenneri, Pseudomonas Fluroescens and Burkholderia Multivorans, were found in King Bio products during a routine inspection by the FDA this month.
The presence of the bacterial contamination in the homeopathic medications can cause increased infections that would require medical intervention. For those with compromised immune systems, this could be life-threatening.
Aquaflora HP9, sold in 8 oz. liquid form, is used as a Candida control product. Approximately 8,000 bottles of it were distributed nationwide to online and retail stores. The various lot numbers and expiration dates are affected.

There were 13 bottles of Baby Teething liquid distributed, marked “NOT FOR RESALE” and used for oral pain management in babies. The affected product has no UPC or expiration date but contains lot number: 020118F 
King Bio notified its distributors and consumers by letter. Consumers should immediately stop using the affected products.
