According to the CPSC, the bath seats fail to meet federal safety standards on stability requirements and leg openings. The bath seats can tip over while in use and potentially drown a child.

Approximately 360 units have been recalled.

The infant bath seats are molded plastic and sold in navy and powder blue color combinations. The recall affects model numbers X002WZ4SCX and YD108.

The CPSC advises consumers to stop using the recalled infant bath seats immediately and not to donate or resell the products.
