Traeger Pellet Grills’ flat-top propane grills were recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The recall, posted on Dec. 14, 2023, was issued due to fire hazards.
According to the CPSC, Traeger flat-top propane grill’s burner control knob can be incorrectly labeled. As a result, the grill can unintentionally be left on, posing a fire hazard. The CPSC received 57 reports of incorrectly labeled flame adjustment knobs.
Traeger flat-top propane grills included in the recall have the SKU number 1DFL42LLA. Around 37,000 grills are included in the recall.
The CPSC advises consumers to immediately stop using the recalled grills.
