Lovevery Slide & Seek Ball Runs Recall Lawsuit

Lovevery’s Slide & Seek ball run toys have been recalled due to the risk of children choking. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC are currently accepting new product liability lawsuits. Learn more below.

On Feb. 1, 2024, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled Lovevery’s Slide & Seek ball runs with wooden knobs due to a choking hazard.

According to the CPSC, the product’s packaging can cause damage to the wooden knobs on the ball run toy during shipping. As a result, the wooden knobs can loosen and detach, posing a choking hazard to children.

Lovevery has received 33 reports of the toy’s wooden knob detaching. Approximately 47,000 toys are included in the recall, with an additional 4,500 in Canada.

The recall affects 2023 Slide & Seek ball runs, which are included in Lovevery’s Babbler play kits for children 13 to 15 months old.

The CPSC advises parents and caregivers to keep the recalled toys away from children and to dispose of the toys properly.
