Cultivar Planter Boxes Recall Lawsuit

Outdoor Essentials has recalled its Cultivar Planter Boxes. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled Cultivar Planter Boxes.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the recalled planter box frame can break, posing an injury hazard. The November 14, 2024, recall includes about 7,400 Outdoor Essentials Cultivar Planter Boxes used for gardening. The elevated planter boxes are black and measure about 6 feet long by 2.5 feet wide. The model name appears on the product’s packaging.

There have been at least 23 reports of the planter box frame breaking, including at least one report of an injury to a consumer. The recalled gardening boxes were sold exclusively at Tractor Supply Company stores nationwide and online at tractorsupply.com from December 2023 through September 2024 for about $300.
