Jake R. Jagdfeld is a compassionate and relentless advocate for those who have suffered life-changing injuries or lost loved ones due to the harmful behavior of others. With steadfast commitment to justice, since 2002 Jake has dedicated his legal career to representing clients and families involving serious injuries, catastrophic incidents, and wrongful death claims.

Since 2008 I have been an attorney exclusively representing plaintiffs from across the US. I am retained by folks with serious injury and wrongful death claims arising out of the wrongdoing of others. When a client comes to me for help, our initial consultation is free, and there is no fee owed for my services unless and until we win the case.
I work hard to provide compassionate legal advocacy, guidance, and counsel to my clients so that they fully understand their rights and choices and can make well-informed decisions about their case.
I take pride in helping to level the playing field for my clients against the big insurance companies and corporations we are usually up against, and to pursue answers and some peace for them in their difficult situations. I stand up for my clients throughout the process and will take their cases to trial if a fair settlement cannot be accomplished.
I have extensive experience in litigating and trying cases for clients with serious injuries such as Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs), spinal injuries, facial injuries, burn injuries and scars, visual and hearing injuries, orthopedic fracture and surgery cases, loss of function of limbs, and wrongful death cases.
