The entire line of Beaumont Bio Med aqueous and alcohol-based products were recalled due to possible microbial contamination from its manufacturing company, King Bio.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued the announcement on September 5 and included a risk statement. Using drugs that are contaminated could cause increased infections. For certain individuals, such as children and elderly persons, or those with low immune systems, these types of infections could be life-threatening.
Beaumont Bio Med Homeopathic Medicines are available nationwide, as well as online. The company posted an urgent notice on its website stating all its homeopathic lines are on hold due to the recall. As of now, all products are still on hold from the consumer market.
It is recommended you stop use immediately if you have one of the recalled medicines at home.
