Bunkhouse Mini String Lights Recall Lawsuit

On Dec. 7, 2023, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled Bunkhouse and Lotsa LITES! mini string lights due to burn injury and fire hazards.

According to the CPSC, the string lights’ bulbs can overheat when plugged in, posing fire and burn injury risks.

The CPSC received three reports of the string lights overheating. Around 34,600 string light products have been recalled.

Which mini string light products are included in the recall?

The recall includes the following mini string light packages and SKU numbers:

  • Everyday | BHSTL24
  • Christmas | XSTL24
  • Halloween | HSTL24

SKU numbers are located at the back of the packages.

The CPSC urges consumers to stop using and unplug the recalled string lights immediately.
