CFMOTO ZFORCE 950 Side-by-Side UTV Recall Lawsuit

CFMOTO’s ZFORCE 950 HO Sport Side-by-Side Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROVs) have been recalled. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for the recalled four-wheelers.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the shock absorber rod assembly can unthread and detach, causing the suspension to collapse, posing crash and tip-over hazards to the rider. 86 incidents have been reported in which the shock absorber failed. The CPSC warns consumers to stop using the ZFORCE 950 vehicles immediately.

The July 18, 2024, recall involves 2022-2023 CFMOTO ZFORCE 950 HO Sport Side-by-Side Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles sold in orange, gray, and tan colors. CFMOTO is stamped on the front of the vehicle, and ZFORCE is printed on the side of the chassis. About 3,630 of the recalled ROVs were sold at CFMOTO dealers nationwide from March 2022 through June 2024 for about $14,000.
