According to the FDA, Milo’s Poultry Farms, LLC. of Bonduel, WI, is recalling all “Milo’s Poultry Farms” and “Tony’s Fresh Market” branded eggs because these eggs have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The FDA announcement includes all carton sizes with expiration dates of October 12, 2024, and earlier. The FDA has linked salmonella outbreaks from Milo’s Poultry Farms to the following states:
- California
- Colorado
- Iowa
- Illinois
- Michigan
- Minnesota
- Utah
- Virginia
- Wisconsin
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC), symptoms can appear between six hours and six days after infection.
