Nuby Stroller Fans Recall Lawsuit

Luv n’ Care has recalled its Nuby Stroller Fans. The lawyers at Johnson//Becker, PLLC, are currently accepting new cases for recalled Luv n’ Care Nuby Stroller Fans.

What is the Problem?

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the stroller fan’s housing allows consumers’ fingers to make contact with the fan’s blade, posing a laceration hazard to small children. Luv n’ Care and the CPSC have received at least seven reports of injuries to children’s fingers due to accessing the fan blades. The CPSC warns consumers to stop using the Nuby Stroller Fans immediately.

Is My Stroller Fan Included in this Recall?

The March 6, 2025, recall includes about 34,000 Nuby Stroller Fans. The fans have three speeds, adjustable tripod legs, and a rechargeable USB port. The flexible tripod legs wrap around the bar of the stroller. The plastic fans are black with “Nuby” printed on the fan’s front center. The lot number (N8K10X) and model number (25138) are printed on a white label on the back of the fan.

The fans were sold at Baby Express, Burlington Coat Factory, Target, and Unique Photo stores nationwide, as well as online at Amazon.com and us.nuby.com, from May 2024 through June 2024 for approximately $15.
