Restwell Crib Mattress Recall Lawsuit

On Aug. 10, 2023, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled Restwell Mattress’ crib mattresses due to suffocation hazards for infants.

According to the CPSC, the recalled crib mattresses do not comply with federal safety standards. Specifically, the crib mattresses do not meet the firmness test and are missing warnings and labels. Infants sleeping on these crib mattresses could suffocate.

Approximately 100 units are included in the recall.

  • Natural Organic Latex Crib | 925869

The CPSC advises consumers to immediately stop using the recalled products.
