The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recalled Room & Board’s Griffin Duo bunk beds due to a risk of collapsing, falling, and injury. The recall was posted on Dec. 14, 2023.
According to the CPSC, some Griffin bunk bed models were improperly assembled by Room & Board, creating risks that the bunk beds can collapse.
The recall affects all models of Room & Board Griffin Duo bunk beds, made from cherry wood or maple wood. A label on the footboard identifies the product as a Griffin Duo bunk bed. Around 500 bunk beds are included in the recall.
The CPSC advises consumers to immediately stop using Griffin Duo bunk beds.
