Walker Edison Twin Over Twin Bunk Beds Recall Lawsuit

On May 4, 2023, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) posted a recall notice of Walker Edison Furniture’s bunk beds. The Twin Over Twin bunk beds have been recalled due to falling and injury risks.

Why have the bunk beds been recalled?

According to the CPSC, the wooden slats supporting the beds can break during use, posing a fall risk or impact injury risk. The CPSC and Walker Edison Furniture received 14 reports of bunk bed slats breaking and one report of minor injuries.

Around 121,000 bunk beds are included in the recall.

What models of bunk beds were recalled?

The CPSC advises consumers to immediately stop using the recalled bunk beds.
